Jakarta — The Indonesia Tour Leader Association (ITLA) has officially marked the start of operations of its new Secretariat at Runata Building, 5th Floor, Kyai Tapa area, Grogol, West Jakarta, as a central hub for coordination, member services, and the driving force of the organization’s strategic programs.

The operational launch was affirmed during the ITLA Consolidation and Milestone Setting Meeting on February 10, 2026, as an important step in the organization’s strengthening phase through June 2026.

This moment is not positioned merely as the opening of an administrative office, but as a symbol of the beginning of more orderly, professional, and structured organizational governance.

Secretariat as the Command Center and Member Service Hub

During the meeting, the Chairman emphasized that the new secretariat must function as the operational command center of the organization — not merely a correspondence address.

The ITLA Secretariat is directed to serve as:
– A national program coordination center
– A member service and communication hub
– A collaborative workspace for the board and supervisors
– An operational hub for strategic activities and professional development

With a clearly functioning and active secretariat, ITLA strengthens its organizational foundation to be more responsive to member needs and the dynamics of the tourism industry.

ITLA now moves from its center — for members, the profession, and the future of Indonesian Tour Leaders.
